Hey there, I go by V around these parts, I'm just an easygoing person who doesn't have many wants or needs, nor many dreams or aspirations; While my way of living may be simple, It makes me happy. All that said, I do harbor a strong feeling of hope for the future, and I anticipate days where I'll have my life figured out, where people will achieve whatever they strive for, and where the world will be as beautiful as It seems in my memories.
It may sound contradictory, given my earlier statement of not having dreams or aspirations, but hopes are very important to me. Hope isn't something you work for, nor is it something that is guaranteed to happen in life, but hope still give me a certain drive in life despite those 2 points. I don't have a desire for a hope to come true, but it's the expectation that differetiates it from a dream.
The Site
As stated on the homepage, this webspace exists as my world of sorts, where I try to express myself and have fun to the best of my abilities. This sites "true purpose" feels a bit dubious to me, though.
If you've kept up with my site, It's... certainly had It's fair share of iterations... From layouts of eyesearing colors and contrasts with an unhealthy dose of "graphic design is my passion," to cooler, flashier looking layouts; with a whole lotta nothing otherwise. Yeah, I'm a very indecisive person, and just a tiny bit embarassed of my previous layouts but people are ever changing, very rarely will a person attain their truest or complete form; I like to apply that thought to my website. Sorta like how some people constantly move everywhere, apartment to apartment or even house to house, just to find the place that'll be a forever home; I wanna say that this iteration of madeinv.love will be said forever home in a sense. My outlet to do whatever, whenever, and not have to worry about anything else.
This site is coded by hand, assembled with Eleventy for convienience with creating pages and doing tweaks, hosted with Netlify since It's free and allows most file types, and shared on Neocities because the people there are nice-ish.
